Guests are picked up from their hotels by our driver and transferred to the boat, and after the tour they are dropped off back at their hotels. Our driver speaks basic English, German, and Russian for communication during the transfer.

• Cancellations made less than 18 hours before the tour will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee
• No shows on the day of the tour will be charged 100 percent
